the location was good for my visit. it was close to the main station and i could walk to the main attractions. the staff allocated me an available room early so i could check in. this was very helpful after a long journey.
my room was very basic. it was not decorated like the pictures on the website and had wood chip walls. there was only one usb socket on one side of the bed. i could clearly hear tram number 1 going up and down the street below.

The room was not great. the bed was two singles pushed together. It felt really uncomfortable. the shower had issues. The water temperature kept fluctuating from hot to cold. i found this quite annoying after a long day.

The location was convenient to local attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The rooms were really clean and well kept. The breakfast had a great selection!
The room had no kettle for making hot drinks. There was no minibar in the room to keep drinks cool. I found that noise from the corridor was easily heard in the room.

the staff demonstrated friendliness. they also showed efficiency throughout my stay. the room included all necessities. everything worked, as expected.
the air conditioning system required attention. it struggled to maintain a cool temperature in the room. this was slightly inconvenient during warmer parts of the day.
