the location was good for my visit. it was close to the main station and i could walk to the main attractions. the staff allocated me an available room early so i could check in. this was very helpful after a long journey.
my room was very basic. it was not decorated like the pictures on the website and had wood chip walls. there was only one usb socket on one side of the bed. i could clearly hear tram number 1 going up and down the street below.

It gave me peace of mind! the location offered great access to public transportation, a real plus for getting around. i was charmed by the overall cleanliness. It really added to my comfort.
i noted that the soundproofing could be improved, as street noise was occasionally noticeable.

uncomfortable bed water temperature
The room was not great. the bed was two singles pushed together. It felt really uncomfortable. the shower had issues. The water temperature kept fluctuating from hot to cold. i found this quite annoying after a long day.

The location was convenient near public transportation. It was a short walk from the central train station. The staff was helpful when i needed directions. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices.
The room was small, BUT it was clean. The air conditioning stopped working at midnight. It got stuffy in the room.

the staff demonstrated friendliness. they also showed efficiency throughout my stay. the room included all necessities. everything worked, as expected.
the air conditioning system required attention. it struggled to maintain a cool temperature in the room. this was slightly inconvenient during warmer parts of the day.
